Renting FAQ’S

Yes. We will accept a deposit to hold for up to 21 days. If you are not approved the deposit is returned but if you are approved and do not rent the home, the deposit is forfeited.

Yes, on qualified homes, we participate in the HUD Section 8 program.

No, unfortunately the entire security deposit and the first month’s rent is due at move in (unless a deposit special is being offered on that specific property)

The security deposit on all of our properties is equal to one month’s rent.

We provide a range with all units. Refrigerators can be provided as an upgrade to the unit if requested.

Yes. We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $197. We do not charge an additional deposit. We are not able to accept certain breeds of dogs that have been designated as vicious by our insurance company. Animals over 40lbs must be kept outside in a fenced area or kennel. Limit 2 pets. The amount of the minimum down payment depends on the purchase price and your specific situation.
